CUPCAKES POLICY

Collection days are on Mondays and Thursdays only from 5pm to 9pm.
Please enter your ideal collection date when placing you order.
BESPOKE SERVICE POLICY
​
Ama Patisserie love designing and bring your themes to life.
Please note, we do not make novelty fondant celebration cakes.
All celebration cakes are structured using buttercream.
A quote will be sent to you in line with your request with a collection date on or near your collection date. You will have 48 hours to accept or decline the quote.
A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking on acceptance of a quote.
COLLECTION, RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS POLICY

Due to items being perishable goods we do not offer returns.

Once your order has been placed and/or a quote has been accepted it cannot be cancelled.
Any orders not collected during the date and times specified in your quote and/or specified date and time will not be refunded.
